We’re a fun-loving, sustainability focused group that makes epic award-winning wine in the beautiful Awatere Valley. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a permanent, full-time position based in our Seddon, Marlborough site. 

The key to success as Head of Finance – Viticulture & Winemaking is to deliver the best possible results through high quality insights to drive the best commercial outcomes, and management of key commercial and finance processes

Think you're a great match for this role? Here's what we're looking for:

  • Degree in finance and accounting, CA preferred (3+ years PQE)
  • 3-5 years in operational, cost, and project accounting
  • Experience in manufacturing/supply chain or agricultural environment 
  • Strong communicator with positive input into team culture 
  • Proficient in creating insights with high detail, expertise and technology
  • Strong business acumen and ability to meet multiple deadlines 
  • Keen analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power BI
  • Capable of negotiation and relationship-building across the business
