As the HSW Advisor you’ll champion health, safety, and wellbeing with a focus on continuous improvement and industry-leading practices, and you’ll be well supported. This role collaborates with our people, our managers, and Yealands Board of Directors, plus you also have a dream team of H&S Reps!   

In short, this role is all about doing the right thing and looking after our people! It will suit someone with a flexible approach... someone who is who’s okay to pivot from presenting to the Board, to being out and about with our teams, yet is quite comfortable pulling on their gumboots when things get a bit muddy. 

Along with heaps of energy we’re looking for: 

  • Relevant qualifications in HSW, or evidence of working towards this is desirable 
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in an Advisor role (or equivalent)  
  • Sound knowledge and experience working within the FMCG or wine sector is desirable but not essential 
  • Proven ability to lead/foster a solution’s focused HSW culture and build strong relationships 
  • Along with superior communication and interpersonal skills you’ll need to have critical decisions, handle stress and engage in challenging conversations.
